 Olympic Park, previously a 7-story office block, has been transformed into a 15-story apartment building. The services performed during the conversion included fire breaks, penetrations, and fireproofing of the structural steel. 

 This converted development, located in Feltham, required firestopping for all 52 new luxury apartments. The work involved the installation of fire breaks and sealing of cavity penetrations. 

 This apartment block in Berkshire was once a care home and required fire stopping to comply with modern-day legislation. The work carried out involved the installation of cavity void blocks and fire curtains 

 Aviator Park was one of our larger projects, and we had the pleasure of being a part of it. Over 100 new apartments required compartmental fire protection. 

This 6 story apartment building located in the capital required urgent fire stopping due to insufficient compartmentalising of the plumbing and electrical risers. Skyline quickly and efficiently installed fire breaks and cavity penetration sealing.

  Brechin court located in Berkshire was a project skyline started in 2020. This 4 story apartment block required fire breaks and cavity sealing to bring it up to date with modern standards.

 Grosvenor house is a former Canadian Embassy turned 48 luxury apartments building. Skyline worked closely with other trades and architects to bring this prestigious building up to modern day fire safety standards.

Located in Weybridge this refurbished apartment block needed a total fire protection package. Works carried out included fire breaks, penetration and linear sealing, as well as protective work in the basement areas. 

To bring this school up to current fire safety standards the Skyline team delivered a tailor made package to ensure the safety of the students and teachers, as well as the building itself.

Originally built in 1980 this apartment building located in reading needed a full range of compartmental passive fire protection. This was part of a full refurbishment. The skyline team worked alongside the developer to achieve this.

Located in the nations capital, Kingmaker house had a total of 137 refurbished apartments installed. Over the following months the Skyline team installed a passive fire protection package and worked closely with other trades for a successful renovation.

Coombe Hill House is Skylines latest project. this island office block was transformed into 128 residential units. An extensive passive fire protection package was installed to the highest standard.
