Take a look at just some of the services we have to offer

Fire Barriers

Fire Barrier Systems are essential to prevent the rapid spread of fire in concealed spaces within a building where no wall or divide exists.  Our qualified technicians install the Fire Barrier, resulting in a fire-resistant compartment.

Skyline installs and maintains lightweight, flexible fire barriers or insulating fire barrier curtains to provide up to 120 minutes of fire resistance and 60 minutes of insulation within occupied and unoccupied facilities. They can be installed in lofts, ceiling voids and risers, ensuring no fire or smoke can spread from one compartment to the next.

Cavity Penetrations

Gaps and small openings allow fire and smoke to spread throughout buildings, leading to devastating results. Skyline fire stopping techniques ensure that these cavities and service penetrations are tightly sealed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.

Skyline offers a comprehensive range of fire stopping solutions to ensure that walls, floors, service risers, roofs and voids retain their fire resistance.

Linear Gap Sealing

Linear Gap Seals are flexible, water-resistant, intumescent seals that expand when exposed to heat.  This expansion stops the spread of smoke and fire to other building compartments.

They are a versatile means of sealing junctions between building elements against fire penetration.

Intumescent Painting

Skyline fire stopping installers can paint exposed structural steel beams to provide them with fire protection and will provide much-needed protection to structural steel that may become involved in a fire.

The thicker and heavier a steel section is, the longer it will take to heat up; therefore, the amount of structural fire protection required will be less than required for a lightweight steel section.
